The Challenge
Wellers are a law firm and their marketing team had been struggling with both the capacity to manage socials in house, and also having the ideas for what is traditionally quite a dry subject. The key objective was to grow following and engagement on LinkedIn, and they also wanted to develop a following on Facebook for the B2C market.

What we delivered
We decided to focus Wellers’ strategy on content that would add value to the audience by sharing information and adivce, specific to their individual audiences. We combined this with 2-3 posts per month that adopted a more sales-focused approach.
We used articles to share long-form content that was relevant to specific topics at the time, such as employment laws and recruiting from outside the UK. We supported this educational content by sharing the experience and backgrounds of the employees within the business to add authority.
Finally we mapped out a short-term LinkedIn ad campaign to increase following amongst Wellers’ target audience so that we knew the content we were producing was being seen by the right people. As Wellers wanted to grow their audience in a very specific market, paid ads were a great way to boost their audience in a more targeted way.
The Results
LinkedIn Follower Growth
One of Wellers' core objectives was to grow their LinkedIn audience a very specific sector. Through both organic posting and a short follower ad campaign, we increased Wellers' following by 103 new connections, all with a specifc job title and authority level.
Growth in Engagement
We needed go grow engagement with what is traditionally quite a dry subject matter, so we developed a content plan that mixed posting formats and focused on specific CTAs. Over the initial 6 months we increased engagement by 47%.
Generating more content views
In order to grow their audience, Wellers wanted to get their content in front of a wider audience, so we focused on shareable content to generate more impressions. In doing this we generated 12K impressions over a 6 month period.
